I am a freelance food stylist and cookery writer with over 20 years experience in the industry. At the start of my career, I worked in publishing on food magazines including BBC Good Food, before going freelance. I trained in classical French cooking at the Tante Marie School of cookery, but am passionate about all styles of food.

Over the years I have worked with many clients, including, Waitrose, Marks and Spencer, Red Magazine, The Guardian, Sunday Times Magazine, BBC Good Food Magazine, Birds Eye and Aldi. My clients rely on me to bring current food styles and trends to their projects.

My aim is always to produce the most mouthwatering, fresh picture of food, or the most delicious recipe I possibly can. My work is relaxed and stylish with a close attention to detail.

From Philip Webb to Diana Miller and Jonathan Gregson, I work with the top food photographers in the industry producing images for both editorial and commerical projects.

I have written and styled several recipe books including Take Three, which has been re-published and formatted several times.
